A summer schedule is shaping up and looks exciting!
July 12th - Deese Chatwood from The Grand Hotel will be preparing cool
Summer soups.
July 26th – Daniel Wilson will prepare Duck & Mushroom Crepes, Gazpacho, and Blackberry White Chocolate Bread Pudding.
August 9th – Ron Koetter from the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute will be doing a wine pairing with
Cheese and pate’.
August 23rd - Ron Koetter from the Gulf Coast Culinary Institute will join us again.
Each class is $30 per person starting at 6:00 PM.
