Monday, February 22, 6:00 pm, Chef Deese Chatwood, of The Marriott Grand Hotel in Point Clear, will be cooking Small Bites. Chef Deese will prepare Teriyaki-Glazed Flank Steak with Ginger Risotto, an Asian Vegetable Medley, and a West Indies Salad to tempt any palate! The cost is $30. Monday, March 8, 6:00 pm, Chef Seth Hargett, a local favorite, will be cooking for us. After this long winter, let's have some great food from the South Islands to warm us up! The cost is $30. Monday, March 22, 6:00 pm, Chef Ryan Glass, owner of Camellia Cafe. A sequel to his fall class featuring fresh vegetable dishes with Allegri's Market vegetables, as only Chef Ryan can.
